Thomas Pfeiffer Managing Director & Principal Expert
Thomas is an independent financial expert with over 20 years of experience in valuation, damages assessment, and investment banking. He specializes in disputes arising from M&A transactions, shareholder or JV conflicts, and commercial matters.
Thomas has been appointed as an expert witness, held senior roles at international consulting firms, and assists in international arbitration and litigation proceedings. He combines his expert services experience with deep valuation expertise and a career in front-office Investment Banking. Thomas has advised on complex business valuations and billions of dollars in M&A and financing transactions.
His expertise includes:
Commercial Disputes: Lost profits, breach of contract, and post-acquisition disputes (warranty claims, earn-outs).
Valuation: Independent valuation of businesses, shareholdings, JV interests, and financial investments in both, commercial and contentious settings.

Thomas holds an MBA from NYU and was a Fulbright Scholar. He is fluent in English and German and is accustomed to working across international jurisdictions.
